To make that first step a little easier, we’re offering 10% off your first project with us. Whether you’re exploring new campaign ideas, need a fresh trailer, or looking to elevate your visual storytelling, this is your chance to test the waters with less risk and more reward.

Eligibility

1. New Clients Only
   Offer is available exclusively to new clients. A "new client" is defined as an individual or organisation with whom we have not engaged in any paid work or submitted project proposals within the past 12 months.
   

2. Registration Period
   Clients must register their interest and complete a google form.
   

3. Discount Validity
   Once registered, your 10% discount will remain valid until your first project with us, regardless of the start date, provided the project is initiated within a reasonable timeframe (not exceeding 2 years)
   

4. One-Time Use
   Limit of one discounted project per eligible client or organisation.
   

Discount Structure

1. Core Offer
   Eligible clients will receive 10% off their first qualifying project.
   

2. Additional Discount for Direct Award Projects
   An additional 5% discount will be applied to any project awarded as a single, non-competitive bid opportunity. (i.e. not pitched against other vendors).
   

3. Project Scope
   Discount applies to a single project brief with one core deliverable. This may include cutdowns and social versioning, where applicable.
   

4. Minimum Project Value
   A minimum project spend of £40,000.00 is required to qualify for the discount.
   

Exclusions

1. Excluded Services
   This promotion excludes the following:

   • Services provided by our Nickel & Dime studio

   • Live action trailers, in-game cutscene projects, animation, and CGI production

   • Any usage fees, music licensing, original composition, or other usage or licensing-related costs & services, or costs out of our control.
     

1. Existing Clients & Recent Partners
   Studios or clients we have worked with or submitted a pitch for within the last 12 months are not eligible for this promotion.
   

2. Non-transferable & One-Time Use
   Offer is non-transferable and may only be used by the party registering. It cannot be applied across multiple briefs or projects.
   

3. Not Combinable with Other Offers
   This discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or rate reductions.

4. Scope Change & Overages Exclusion
   This discount does not apply to any additional costs or overages incurred after quote approval and production start. Any changes to the agreed scope, timeline, or deliverables may result in additional charges, which will be billed at our standard rates and are not eligible for promotional discounts.
   

General Terms

1. Subject to Availability
   Offer is subject to availability and scheduling capacity. We reserve the right to decline participation based on current production bandwidth.
   

2. Misuse Clause
   We reserve the right to withdraw the discount if false or misleading information is provided, or if we believe the offer is being misused in any way. All decisions regarding eligibility, selection, and application of the discount are final and made at our sole discretion.
   

3. Written Confirmation Required
   Eligibility and application of the discount must be confirmed in writing before project commencement.
   

4. Final Invoice Application
   The applicable discount will be reflected in the final invoice, after project completion.
   

5. No Cash Value
   The discount has no cash or refund value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for monetary compensation.

6. Standard Review
   All projects will go through our standard review process and are subject to assessment of the final brief, timelines, budget, build readiness, and available assets before confirmation.
